When 90TT warms up to NOT, idle surge happens characterized by jumping from 1100 down to 600, several times consecutively before settling at 750. After settling, can be induced again via hitting the gas....surges all the way down then begins the short cycle of surging. This is what Ive done/checked 1) swapped MAF 2) swapped TPS, reset and set, then rebuilt, reset and set 3) air regulator and IACV opened, cleaned up, ohmed out, set accordingly 4) swapped coolant temp sensor 5) boost leak tested up to 9psi, all minor leaks repaired, zero leaks as of now 6) plenum pulled, lower plenum insulators replaced anyway, vaseline applied, new upper plenum gasket and IACV gasket installed, torqued down accordingly 7) ECU sent out to ZTuner to check idle parameters, sent back with slight changes 8) purple top 555s checked, all ohm out to ~11.4 9) any possible area of vacuum leak eliminated (car is a swapped TT, found screws where vacuum plugs should be, etc) 10) timing checked, ASP pulley, parallax accounted for, timing set at 15 degrees, noticed some hopping around between 15 and 20 Ideas other than burning this car to the ground
